Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with House of Clouds. Here is when your order will ship and arrive.
Where orders ship from
Orders ship from our Global Warehouse. A small number of ready-to-ship items ship from our San Francisco location; checkout shows the options for those items.
Delivery times (US)
• Standard Shipping: delivered in 7–14 days.
• Express Shipping: delivered in 3–5 days.
• Shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Weekly order cutoff
• Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM Pacific are included in that week’s shipment.
• Orders placed after the cutoff are included in the following week’s shipment.
• Delivery times start once your order ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when it does.
Made-to-order, custom and presale items
These items first need production time, shown on the product page or confirmed with you when you order. Once production is complete, the same weekly cutoff and delivery times apply. Orders with both ready and made-to-order items ship together when everything is ready, unless separate shipping is requested.
Out-of-stock items
If an item is out of stock, you can ask to be notified when it’s available again.
Delays
Holidays, customs, carrier delays and other events beyond our control can affect delivery times. We’ll keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Returns
Returns requested within 3 days of delivery receive a refund; returns requested 4 to 7 days after delivery receive store credit, after the item passes our restocking inspection. A flat $7 return shipping charge applies. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
