Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Clouds. Here is when your order will ship.

In-stock orders are processed on a weekly schedule. Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM Pacific are included in that week's shipment.
Orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff are included in the following week's shipment.
After the cutoff, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Presale items ship within 30 days of order confirmation. We'll ship sooner when we can and will let you know if the expected ship date changes.
If your order contains both in-stock and presale items, it ships together when the presale items are ready, unless separated shipping is requested.

If an item is out of stock, you can ask to be notified when it's available again.

Holidays, carrier delays and other events beyond our control can affect shipping times. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Returns requested within 3 days of delivery receive a refund; returns requested 4 to 7 days after delivery receive store credit. All refunds and store credit are issued after the returned item passes our restocking inspection.
