    • Orders containing items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  2. Presale Items:

    • Items available as presale will be shipped within 30 days of order confirmation. We strive to ship sooner if possible and will notify you if there are any changes to the expected shipping date.

  3. Pre-Order Items:

    • Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped once these items are in stock. You will be kept informed about the availability and expected shipping date of your pre-order items through our notification system.

  4. Out-of-Stock Items:

    • If an item is out of stock, you may request to be notified about its availability. We will make every effort to restock the desired items, but shipment will depend on when the items become available. You will be updated accordingly.

  5. Returns:

    • Eligible returns will be subject to a flat rate shipping cost of $7. Please ensure that all return requests meet our return policy guidelines to qualify for a return.
