Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with House of Clouds. Here is when your order will ship.
In-stock items
- In-stock orders are processed on a weekly schedule. Orders placed by Wednesday at 12:00 PM Pacific are included in that week's shipment.
- Orders placed after the Wednesday cutoff are included in the following week's shipment.
- After the cutoff, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Presale items
- Presale items ship within 30 days of order confirmation. We'll ship sooner when we can and will let you know if the expected ship date changes.
- If your order contains both in-stock and presale items, it ships together when the presale items are ready, unless separated shipping is requested.
Out-of-stock items
- If an item is out of stock, you can ask to be notified when it's available again.
Delays
- Holidays, carrier delays and other events beyond our control can affect shipping times. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.
Returns
- Returns requested within 3 days of delivery receive a refund; returns requested 4 to 7 days after delivery receive store credit. All refunds and store credit are issued after the returned item passes our restocking inspection.
- A flat $7 return shipping charge applies to every eligible return. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
